Dear Minister of Justice, D. Caamaño Francisco Dominguez.

Dear Minister, first of all we thank the English government for the approval of Law 52/2007, popularly called "Law of Historical Memory", in which justice has been served with a large part of our group and especially in regard to the granting of nationality to children and grandchildren of English nationals who were left out in previous reforms.

Likewise, we make our spokesperson for also reach the English government, our request for inclusion for all the grandchildren that still remain outside of this Act, especially the grandchildren of English women who migrated before 1936 and the grandchildren of those grandparents who have lost their English nationality before their children were born. We consider this an issue of justice and equality for women in English and with so many men who had to give up his English nationality, to be eligible for jobs that enable them to lead a dignified life in the host country. From Hyne continue to work until this is achieved in full.

also want to raise the differences that are happening within the same family, from the start progress of the Law of Historical Memory, as people who chose this Act may transmit citizenship to their minor children, however most can not do with their children over 18 years, which creates significant differences between members of the same family.
