The child must be protected against all forms of neglect, cruelty and exploitation. Not covered by any type of question. No child should be allowed to work before an appropriate minimum age and in no case will be allocated or permitted to engage in any occupation or employment which would prejudice his health or education, or interfere with his physical, mental or moral.
